A Broader View of Global Commercial Activity

TenderAlpha’s Unified B2B Data Feed brings together more than 4 billion transactions involving over 70 million companies, providing company-level visibility into commercial activity without the need to source and reconcile multiple datasets.

The feed covers cross-border goods and commodity movements as well as domestic procurement, partnerships, software, real estate, and other service activity. This broader view helps users examine how public and private companies buy, sell, and work with counterparties across markets.

Sources & Coverage

Trade, procurement, disclosures, and subcontracting in one feed

Global Trade Flows contains 3.5B+ transactions involving 50M+ companies, including 15,000+ publicly listed companies. It combines customs, bill of lading, and proprietary cargo data from more than 100 sources across 50+ countries.

Direct B2B Procurement and Publicly Disclosed B2B Relationships are separate datasets with global coverage. Together, they contain more than 1M records involving 200K+ companies and over $3T in value, drawing on company filings, reports, and press releases.

B2B Subcontracting and Subgranting covers the US and EU, with more than 600K records worth over $1.5T and 100K+ subcontractors and subgrantors. Approximately half capture service activity disclosed through government-mandated transparency requirements.

Historical depth varies by underlying dataset, reflecting the availability of each source.

Scope & Ownership

All sources are delivered in a common structure. Buyer and supplier fields can include entity and parent name, address, website, ticker, and national or tax ID. Transaction fields include industry, description, value, weight or quantity, and relevant dates, with HS and NAICS codes alongside TenderAlpha’s proprietary industry categories.

Trade records can also include origin, destination, transport mode, and vessel name. The feed distinguishes transaction, collection, and delivery dates and links each record to its original disclosure, the relevant government agency for subcontracting, or its shipment source. USD values are available for approximately 100% of subcontracting records and around 50% of trade and direct procurement records; weight or quantity is included where relevant and available.
