Your role:

We are now looking for an enthusiastic and driven Senior Lead Generation Specialist to join our sales team. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities to support the growth of our sales pipeline. How would a typical week look for you:

  • Strategically research, identify, and qualify new business opportunities through advanced methods including online directories, social media, industry networking, conferences, and webinars.
  • Lead and manage the outreach process to potential clients, presenting the company's products and services with a focus on establishing long-term business relationships.
  • Utilize deep industry knowledge to effectively communicate our value proposition to potential clients, aligning with market trends and conditions.
  • Set and achieve ambitious targets for lead generation, qualification, and conversion
  • Get involved in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and strategies to enhance lead generation and brand positioning.
  • Champion customer service excellence, resolving complex inquiries and issues, and providing consultative solutions to meet client needs.

What you will bring along:

  • 3-5 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field, with a proven track record in lead generation and client acquisition.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building and maintaining strong client relationships at all levels.
  • Advanced organizational and strategic planning abilities, with experience in leading sales projects and initiatives.
  • A proactive, results-driven approach, with the leadership skills to inspire and drive a sales team.
  • Flexibility to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
  • Financial industry and/or data/SaaS sales knowledge is a significant advantage
